Now in our 6th year! serving Danville and the surrounding area, we offer classes in T'ai Chi, Yoga, Meditation, and Hooping as well as certification training in Reiki (Japanese Relaxation Therapy). Therapeutic services are also offered by appointment in Massage/Energy Work, Reiki, and Reflexology. Life Coaching and Personal Training consulting is also available. Our instructors and therapists are qualified and certified professionals dedicated to providing complementary approaches to traditional medicine, allowing you to bring awareness into your life regarding mind and body.

New location as of July 1st! The Center will be re-locating to our former "home" at 108A-B West Main Street. We have enjoyed serving the community during our years on Riverside Drive, and we look forward to providing a wider array of wellness services at our new address.
Join Karen on Sunday, August 2nd for "Back Health & Yoga" from 1:30 - 3:00pm. The cost is only $10 and includes course handouts.

Summer Yoga with Karen will be offered on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 9:30 - 11:00am on July 21st, 24th, 28th & 30th, and August 11th, 13th, 18th & 20th. Each class costs just $8, or use your fee card!

Reiki Certification Trainingis being offered by David I. Rosenberg, Ph.D., LCP, RMT. Dr. Rosenberg is a certified Reiki Master Teacher and is a member of the International Association of Reiki Professionals. Classes are limited in size (maximum of seven students) to ensure optimal supervision and learning. Registration is required, and classes begin once a minimum of three students have enrolled. Please Note! Scheduled start dates are tentative pending confirmation of three or more registrations by the indicated deadline. Be sure to register early to ensure your space in class!
